Easy Oven Pot Roast - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 lb.) beef roast
1 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. oil
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. water
3 medium potatoes
4 carrots
1 green pepper
1 large onion
1 medium cabbage
1 bay leaf
Preparation

Dust roast in flour.
Brown on all sides in hot oil in a Dutch oven.
Spread soy sauce and pepper on all sides of roast.
Add water and bay leaf.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
Add vegetables.
Cook until tender.
Remove bay leaf before serving.
