Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. milk
    4 Tbsp. sugar
    4 Tbsp. fat
    2 tsp. salt
    1 yeast cake or pkg.
    1/4 c. lukewarm water
    6 c. flour
Preparation
    Scald the milk.
    Add sugar, fat and salt; let cool until lukewarm.
    Add yeast, dissolved in 1/4 cup water.
    Mix with enough flour to make a soft dough that can be handled.
    Knead lightly a few minutes to obtain a smooth surface.
    Place dough in well-greased bowl.
    Cover with cloth.
    Place bowl in warm area; allow to rise until dough has doubled in size.
    Shape into rolls; place in greased pan.
    Allow to rise.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
