Beef Barbecue - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 to 3 lb. boneless chuck roast
    3 large onions, chopped
    1 medium bottle catsup
    2 Tbsp. chili powder
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    3 Tbsp. Open Pit barbecue sauce
    2 tsp. salt
    3 tsp. Tabasco sauce
    dash of pepper
    1 1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Trim excess fat from meat.
    Combine all ingredients and pour over beef in heavy pan.
    Cover and cook slowly 4 hours, stirring occasionally.
    When thoroughly cooked, remove any remaining fat. Separate beef by shredding in sauce.
    Serve on buns.
