Broccoli Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. broccoli (frozen), chopped
1 lb. pkg. Velveeta cheese
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 tsp. chopped onions
2 tsp. chopped celery
Preparation

Cook broccoli as directed on package.
Melt cheese in double boiler.
Drain broccoli and add to melted cheese.
Saute onion and celery in butter until golden brown.
Add to cheese mixture.
Add soup and blend all.
Some Ro-Tel tomatoes with green chilies may be added for spice.
