Lemon Bars - cooking recipe

1 c. (2 sticks) oleo, softened
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. all-purpose flour
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. grated lemon peel
5 Tbsp. lemon juice
2 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. all-purpose flour
powdered sugar
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Blend oleo, salt, 1/2 cup powdered sugar and 2 cups flour to make soft dough.
Press evenly into ungreased 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake 15 to 20 minutes until golden.
