Mexican Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 c. cream-style corn
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
2 or 3 chopped jalapeno peppers
2/3 c. cooking oil
1 small carton sour cream
1 or 2 eggs
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together except cheese.
Pour 1/2 mixture into well-greased baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Pour rest of mixture in pan and sprinkle with remaining cheese.
Bake at 475\u00b0.
