Sweet Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 medium or 1 can sweet potatoes
    1/2 c. milk
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 beaten eggs
    1 stick margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. light brown sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    1 c. pecans
Preparation
    Peel, slice and boil sweet potatoes in small amount of water. Drain, then mash.
    Stir in milk, sugar, 1 stick of margarine, vanilla and eggs.
    Stir all together and pour into large baking dish.
    In bowl, cream together the brown sugar, 1 stick of margarine and flour, then stir in pecans.
    Drop by tablespoonful over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 minutes or until brown.
