Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. Pillsbury crescent rolls
    2 large cream cheese, softened
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg, separated (save white)
    powdered sugar
Preparation
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and egg yolk together.
    Roll out 1 package crescent roll dough; press into 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Spread filling over crust.
    Place second crust over filling.
    Brush with beaten egg white.
    Bake 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Dust with powdered sugar and cut into squares.
