Strawberry Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. sugar
4 Tbsp. cornstarch
pinch of salt
1 c. water
1 pkg. (4 serving size) strawberry Jell-O
1 qt. strawberries (about 1 lb.)
baked pie crust or graham cracker crust
Preparation

Mix sugar, cornstarch and salt in saucepan.
Add water.
Cook until it boils and is clear and thickened.
Remove from heat, let cool 10 minutes.
Add Jell-O.
Mix well.
Pour over strawberries arranged in a crust.
Chill several hours.
