Monkey Bread Buttery Sweet Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. active dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water (110~ to 115~)
    1/2 c. warm milk (110~ to 115~)
    1/4 c. sugar
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. butter
    1 egg
    2 1/2 to 3 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
    1 recipe Buttery Sweet Dough
    1/3 c. granulated sugar
    1/3 c. packed brown sugar
    1 tsp. ground cinnamon
    1/2 c. finely chopped nuts or coconut (optional)
    1/3 c. butter, melted
Preparation
    Prepare dough as directed.
    Grease 12-cup fluted ring pan; set aside.
    Divide dough into 30 pieces with sharp knife.
    In small bowl, mix granulated sugar, brown sugar and cinnamon.
    Stir in nuts.
    Coat each piece of dough with melted butter, then with sugar mixture.
    Layer in prepared pan.
    Cover and let rise in warm place until doubled, about 1 hour.
