Christmas Stollen(Yield: 9 To 11) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. lukewarm water (may save some water from cooking potatoes)
    4 pkg. yeast
    1 c. honey
    6 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. melted margarine or butter
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. instant nonfat dry milk (undiluted)
    12 c. flour
    1 tsp. lemon juice or lemon rind
    1/2 c. raisins
    1/2 c. dates
    1 lb. glazed fruit
    1 c. chopped walnuts
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water.
    Add 1/2 cup honey.
    Sift together flour, nutmeg and cinnamon.
    Add 4 cups of dry ingredients to yeast mixture.
    May mix with electric hand mixer on slow to medium speed.
    Cover and let rise about 1/2 hour to light spongy consistency.
