Tuna Noodle Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 3/4 oz.) can cream of celery soup
    1 c. skim milk
    1 c. water
    1 tsp. dried parsley or 1 Tbsp. fresh parsley
    1/2 tsp. celery seed (optional)
    1 small onion, chopped
    4 c. uncooked whole wheat or enriched noodles
    1 c. frozen peas
    1 (3 1/4 oz.) can solid-pack tuna in water, drained and flaked
    1/4 c. grated Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    To prepare meat, put salt, pepper and garlic salt on meat and let stand overnight.
