Turkey Piccata - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 lb. turkey breast cutlets
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper
1/3 c. all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. olive oil, divided
1/2 c. dry white wine
1 lemon, sliced thin
1 Tbsp. butter
parsley sprigs
Preparation

Place turkey between 2 sheets of wax paper; pound to 1/8 inch thick.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Place flour on plate.
Dip turkey in flour to coat both sides, shaking off excess.
