Fricadill (Danish Meat Balls) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion, diced
    2 eggs
    1 c. cracker crumbs
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. tomato juice or 4 Tbsp. catsup with 1/4 c. water
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
Preparation
    Mix well.
    Form into 1-inch balls.
    Brown on all sides and cook gently for 25 minutes.
