Vena'S Italian Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 whole chicken or your choice of breast or thighs
3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
2 Tbsp. rosemary
garlic powder
salt
Preparation

Wash and pat dry chicken pieces.
Rub each piece of chicken with vegetable oil.
Place chicken in 9 x 13-inch pan sprayed with nonstick shortening.
Sprinkle both sides of chicken with salt, garlic powder and rosemary.
Keep chicken, skin side up.
Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
When chicken is almost done, remove cover and bake until crisp and golden brown.
