Five Decker Dinner - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bacon
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 c. sliced onions
    1 c. sliced carrots
    1 c. thinly sliced potatoes
    1 tsp. parsley
    celery salt (optional)
    salt and pepper to taste
    1/2 c. water
Preparation
    Cut bacon into pieces and line the bottom of a Dutch oven. Shape ground beef into patties and place over bacon.
    Sprinkle with celery salt, salt and pepper.
    Cover patties with onions, potatoes and carrots.
    Season.
    Place parsley on top and cook five minutes.
    Add 1/2 cup water, cover and cook over low heat 35 to 45 minutes.
