Beef Fillets With Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 beef fillets or tenderloins
salt and pepper
2 Tbsp. butter
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. whole mushrooms (fresh or canned)
Preparation

Sprinkle fillets with salt and pepper.
In large skillet, heat butter and brown fillets on both sides.
Push meat to one side of skillet; add onion.
Saute for 5 minutes.
Spoon onion over fillets.
Pour mushrooms on top; cover and simmer 25 minutes.
