Vickie'S Fried Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 c. cooked white rice
1 c. onions, sliced
1 c. green onions, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
2/3 c. carrots, sliced and chopped
1 c. bean sprouts (whole)
1/2 c. mushrooms, chopped
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 lb. beef steak
1/2 lb. sausage meat
1/2 lb. raw shrimp (cut in half and cleaned)
2 Tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/2 Tbsp. soy sauce
1 1/2 Tbsp. brown sauce
Preparation

Have all ingredients ready in a large pot.
Add oil, garlic and beef that has been cut in small pieces.
Add sausage meat and carrots.
Cook until all meat is done.
Add both onions and mushrooms at this time.
Cook 1 minute.
Add bean sprouts, cook 1/2 minute.
Make a well in the middle of the mixture.
Add eggs. When eggs start to bead, add shrimp.
When the shrimp starts to turn pink, add the rice and keep stirring until completely mixed. Yield: 6 to 8 servings.
