Pepper Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. steak
1 bell pepper
2 carrots
1 c. celery
1 can tomato sauce
chow mein noodles
soy sauce
rice
Preparation
-
Slice steak thin.
Dice bell pepper, carrots and celery.
Cook steak then add ingredients.
Cook on low until done.
Serve over rice.
Top with chow mein noodles and soy sauce.
