Pepper Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. steak
    1 bell pepper
    2 carrots
    1 c. celery
    1 can tomato sauce
    chow mein noodles
    soy sauce
    rice
Preparation
    Slice steak thin.
    Dice bell pepper, carrots and celery.
    Cook steak then add ingredients.
    Cook on low until done.
    Serve over rice.
    Top with chow mein noodles and soy sauce.
