Biscuit - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. self-rising flour
    5 Tbsp. shortening
    milk
    buttermilk (enough to make stiff dough)
Preparation
    Sift flour into bowl.
    Add shortening.
    Take 2 knives and cut shortening into dry flour.
    It will look very lumpy.
    Add buttermilk, a very little at a time, until you have a fairly stiff dough.
    Sift flour onto wax paper or dough board.
    Pour dough out of bowl onto floured wax paper.
    Knead dough by turning over and punching dough down each time.
    Work like this until you can roll dough out with dough roller.
    Cut into biscuits with biscuit cutter.
    Place in Pam sprayed pan.
    Cook at 450\u00b0 until brown.
