Regal Chocolate Sauce - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. water
    2 or 3 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 c. evaporated milk
Preparation
    Combine corn syrup, sugar and water.
    Cook to medium soft boil (236\u00b0).
    Remove from heat and add chocolate.
    Stir until melted. Add vanilla.
    Slowly add evaporated milk.
    Mix thoroughly. Makes 2 1/2 cups.
