Blueberry Crunch - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 c. fresh or frozen blueberries
1 large can pineapple
1/2 c. sugar
1 box yellow cake mix
1 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. sugar
1 stick melted margarine
Preparation

Butter a 9 x 13 x 2-inch pan.
Mix blueberries, pineapple and 1/2 cup sugar.
Spread over bottom of pan.
Spoon dry cake mix over berry mixture.
Then sprinkle chopped nuts over cake mix.
Sprinkle 1/4 cup sugar over mixture.
Drizzle melted margarine over top and bake at 350\u00b0 for about 45 minutes or until sides are brown and it is crusty.
Halfway through baking time, cut through mixture and let juices penetrate.
