Shrimp, Chicken, Sausage Creole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cans regular tomato paste
    3 bunches green onions
    1 large white onion, chopped
    1 stalk celery, chopped
    1 large bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic or 1/4 tsp. powder
    1 1/2 Tbsp. Tony's Creole seasoning
    2 lb. smoked sausage, sliced
    1 medium chicken
    3 lb. small shrimp
    salt and pepper to taste
    Tabasco sauce to taste
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/2 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Boil chicken and pick off bones.
    Set aside.
    In a large pot, put tomato paste and chicken stock plus water to half fill pot. Add finely chopped onions, celery, bell pepper and garlic.
    Add all seasoning and simmer for 1 hour.
