Twice Baked Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 large baking potatoes
4 Tbsp. margarine
1/2 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
4 oz. sour cream
salt and pepper to taste
Cheddar cheese, shredded
Preparation

Scrub potatoes.
Pat dry.
Prick skins with a fork.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 to 50 minutes.
Cut hot potatoes in half.
Scoop out potatoes, leaving 1/4 inch thick shells. Set-aside.
In a medium size mixing bowl, combine scooped out potato, margarine, milk, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Whip potatoes with electric mixer until smooth. Fill shells with potato mixture.
Sprinkle Cheddar cheese on top or freeze at this stage and add cheese later.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
