Baptist Rice - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. long grain rice (not instant, Uncle Ben's)
    2 c. cold water
    1 tsp. margarine or cooking oil
    2 tsp. beef flavored instant bouillon
    2 tsp. grated or chopped fine orange peel
Preparation
    Place first 4 ingredients together in medium size heavy weight saucepan.
    Mix well.
    Bring to boil over medium heat; stir well. Cover and cook over low heat until tender and water is absorbed, 12 to 14 minutes.
    Stir.
    Do not overcook.
    Sprinkle grated orange peel on top.
    Makes 4 to 5 cups.
    Serve hot with Beef Stroganoff Supreme.
