Taco Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    3 c. water
    2 (16 oz.) cans stewed tomatoes, cut up
    2 (16 oz.) cans kidney beans
    1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 envelope taco seasoning mix
    shredded Cheddar cheese
    corn chips
    sour cream
Preparation
    In a large pan, cook ground chuck and onions; drain.
    Add water, undrained tomatoes, undrained kidney beans, tomato sauce and taco seasoning mix.
    Simmer, covered, 15 to 20 minutes. Top each bowl of soup with cheese, corn chips and sour cream.
    Serves 6 to 8.
