Baked Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (reserve 3 Tbsp. juice)
    1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    3/4 c. sugar
    3 Tbsp. flour
    1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
    1/2 stick margarine, melted
Preparation
    Mix sugar and flour.
    Add juice.
    Add cheese and stir over low heat until nearly melted.
    Add pineapple.
    Pour into baking dish.
    Cover top with crumbs.
    Drizzle melted margarine over top. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
    Enough for small family.
    I used 2 cans pineapple.
