Mock Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

4 c. granulated sugar
4 c. water
1/2 c. instant coffee
2 c. vodka
3 Tbsp. vanilla

Preparation

Mix sugar, water and instant coffee.
Simmer for 30 minutes, then cool.
Add vodka and vanilla.
Bottle in 1/2 gallon container.
Can be used right away.
