Cajun Stuffed Round Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 beef round steak (2 lb.)
    1 1/2 lb. hamburger
    2/3 c. cracker crumbs
    1 small onion
    1/4 bell pepper
    2 Tbsp. chopped parsley or 3 Tbsp. dried
    1 clove garlic or 1/4 tsp. dried
    1 small can evaporated milk or 2/3 c. milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1/4 c. ketchup
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1/4 tsp. salt, black pepper and red pepper
    1 tsp. allspice
    1 pkg. onion soup mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    2 c. hot water
Preparation
    Place crumbs in bowl.
    Combine in blender the onion, pepper, parsley and garlic.
    Add milk, egg, ketchup and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce.
    Pour mixture over crackers.
    Stir in salt, allspice, black pepper and red pepper.
    Add hamburger; mix well. Remove bone from steak and trim off any fat.
    Pound until very thin.
    Sprinkle meat with salt, black pepper and red pepper. Place hamburger mixture on steak; roll up from large end down and tie with string.
    Place steak seam side down in large casserole dish.
    Combine soup mix, mushroom soup and 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; pour over all.
