Barbara'S Strawberry Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. fresh strawberries
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 c. Burgundy
    1/2 c. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 c. heavy cream
Preparation
    Put first 4 ingredients through the blender, then put in a saucepan.
    Add the sugar.
    Cook over low heat 10 minutes.
    Do not boil.
    Add cream.
    Chill.
    Garnish with fresh berries.
    Sinful!
