Beef With Snow Peas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sliced beef (1 lb.)
    2 c. snow peas (1/3 lb.), washed
    1 clove garlic, minced
    2 slices fresh ginger, shredded
    3 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1/8 tsp. salt
    2 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1 tsp. sugar
    1 tsp. monosodium glutamate
    1 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. light soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Mix together sugar, m.s.g., cornstarch, soy sauce and water. Set aside.
