Roast Honey Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 stick butter
    1/2 c. onion
    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 c. clover honey
    1/4 c. Dijon mustard
    2 Tbsp. peach or mango chutney
    2 whole chickens, cut up
Preparation
    Mix first 8 ingredients in saucepan.
    Heat until honey and chutney are warm.
    Dip chicken in sauce until coated.
    Place in shallow metal pan.
    Bake in 400\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
