Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    3 c. self-rising flour
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
    3 c. chopped apples
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. margarine
    1/4 c. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla flavor
Preparation
    Mix oil and sugar. Beat in eggs. Add flour. Mix well. Add vanilla, apples and pecans. Bake in 2 (9-inch) pans or 13 x 9 pan in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for approximately 40 minutes.
