Honey Cheese Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    9 oz. cream cheese
    3 eggs, slightly beaten
    1/4 tsp. salt
    nutmeg
    1/3 c. honey
    1/2 lemon, grated and juiced
    1 1/2 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. vanilla (optional)
Preparation
    Cream cheese; combine honey, eggs, lemon, salt and milk.
    Add to cheese a little at a time; blend.
    Pour into unbaked pastry shell and sprinkle with nutmeg.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 10 minutes; reduce heat to 325\u00b0 and bake for 30 minutes.
    Chill before serving. Makes 1 pie.
