Ground Beef Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground chuck
    1 Tbsp. bacon drippings
    3/4 c. chopped onion
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 small jar stuffed olives, sliced
    dash of pepper
    1/8 tsp. garlic powder
    1 can tomatoes (medium, do not drain)
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. Minute rice
    grated cheese
Preparation
    Brown meat in bacon drippings; add all other ingredients. Place in casserole dish, 9 x 13-inch.
    Top with cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
