Ingredients

4 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. buttermilk
1 unbaked pastry shell
6 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation

Beat eggs; add sugar, flour, butter, vanilla and salt.
Mix thoroughly.
Blend in buttermilk.
Pour into pastry shell.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 40 minutes.
Pie should be very browned.
This recipe makes enough for 2 pie shells (deep ones).
