Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. cubed hash browns, thawed
    1/2 c. melted butter
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 carton sour cream (12 oz.)
    1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Top with crushed cornflakes or crackers.
    Bake 45 minutes at 350\u00b0 or until golden brown on top.
