Salmon Tetrazzini - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 oz. spaghetti or noodles, prepared
    1/3 c. chopped onions
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    1/4 c. flour
    3/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    1/8 tsp. thyme
    2 c. half and half or 1 c. condensed milk (add water to make 2 c.)
    1 1/2 tsp. sherry
    pepper to taste
    1 pt. salmon
    1/2 c. sliced olives
    1/4 c. chopped green pepper
Preparation
    Cook together olive oil and onions.
    Add flour, salt and thyme; mix.
    Stir in half and half or milk; cook until thickened. Stir in sherry, pepper, salmon, olives and green pepper.
    Turn into greased shallow 1 1/2-quart baking dish (I use 9-inch square Pyrex dish).
    Sprinkle with 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
    Bake for 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Garnish with paprika and parsley.
