Tea Cakes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 eggs
3 c. sugar
1 c. shortening
1/2 c. milk (more or less)
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation

Mix all ingredients together.
Blend well. Sift flour into bowl, scoop out center as for biscuits and pour mixture in center. Mix by hand until just firm enough to roll.
Pinch off small ball.
Roll and pat flat onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 350\u00b0 about 8 to 10 minutes.
