Coconut Pound Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter, softened
    3 c. sugar
    4 eggs, well beaten
    1 c. milk
    2 tsp. baking powder
    4 c. flour
    1 fresh coconut, grated
Preparation
    Cream butter and sugar until light.
    Add milk.
    Sift flour with baking powder; add to creamed mixture and mix well.
    Add eggs and grated coconut.
    Pour into well-greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
