Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 zucchini
    1 onion
    1 pkg. Mexican cornbread
    poultry seasoning
    3 cans cream of chicken soup
    grated cheese (your choice)
Preparation
    Prepare Mexican cornbread as directed on package.
    Saute onions and zucchini with a little water.
    After cooking until tender drain off excess water.
    Add zucchini, onion, soup and seasoning to cooked cornbread.
    Mix well.
    Spray pan with Pam.
    Pour mixture into pan and add cheese on top.
    Let cook in oven at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes or until cheese melts and browns.
