Yummy Potato Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. bag frozen hash browns
1/2 c. melted butter
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 tsp. dried onion
1 can cream of mushroom soup, or cream of chicken
1 pint sour cream 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
2 c. crushed cornflakes
1/4 c. melted butter
2 c. grated cheese
Preparation

Mix together hash browns, 1/2 c. butter, salt, pepper, dried onion, soup, sour cream and cheddar cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for 45 - 60 minutes in a 9 X 13 baking dish.
Halfway through baking add cornflakes, 1/4 c. butter and grated cheese.
