Yia Yia'S Greek Easter Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. warm water
1 Tbsp. yeast
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. melted butter, cooled
3 eggs
5 c. bread flour (maybe more)
sesame seed
Preparation

Proof yeast in water.
Mix together milk and sugar, then butter and eggs.
Add yeast mixture.
Slowly add flour.
Knead for 10 minutes.
Let rise until doubled in oiled bowl.
Cover.
Knead again for 10 minutes; let rise.
Knead again.
Roll into 3 strands and braid dough.
Circle braid in a Bundt pan which has been oiled.
Cover and rise once more.
Brush on an egg wash and sprinkle sesame seed.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for about 45 minutes.
