Cheddar-Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes, cooked and sliced
    2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    1 small onion, sliced
    1 can condensed broccoli cheese soup
    1/3 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
Preparation
    Over medium heat, melt margarine in 10-inch skillet.
    Add onion; cook until tender.
    Stir in soup, milk, pepper and potatoes.
    Heat until boiling.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; cook 5 minutes or until hot and bubbling, stirring occasionally.
