Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. chicken, cooked and diced
    2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. slivered almonds
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. Accent
    2 Tbsp. onion, minced
    2 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 c. mayonnaise
    1/2 c. grated cheese (Cheddar)
    1 c. of either crushed potato chips, cornflakes/Total or Ritz crackers, crushed (for topping)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except cheese and \"topping\". Press mix into casserole dish (9 x 13-inch). Mix cheese/topping and sprinkle on top. Bake in a 450\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes. May be made ahead the day before except for cheese and topping. Serves 4.
