Chicken-Rice Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 or 3 lb. chicken
    1 can cream of chicken, celery or mushroom soup
    1 can milk
    1 can rice
    1 envelope onion soup mix
Preparation
    Mix 1/2 package soup mix with the other ingredients except chicken.
    Pour into 9 x 13-inch pan and place chicken on top. Sprinkle rest of soup mix over chicken.
    Bake covered at 400\u00b0 for 1 hour.
