Stuffed Mushrooms With Sausage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 large stuffing mushrooms
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1/4 c. minced onion
    1/4 lb. sausage
    3/4 c. fresh bread crumbs
    1/4 tsp. dried basil
    1/8 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. soy sauce and/or Worcestershire sauce
    Parmesan cheese (optional)
Preparation
    Remove stems from mushrooms and chop.
    Cook sausage and onion. Drain.
    Combine all ingredients and stuff mushrooms.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
