Cranberry Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. cherry Jell-O
    1 c. hot water
    small can crushed pineapple
    1 lb. ground raw cranberries
    sugar (equal amount as berries)
    1 large tart apple, chopped
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Dissolve Jell-O in hot water.
    Add pineapple.
    Set aside until syrupy.
    Grind raw cranberries and measure equal amount of sugar. Mix berries, sugar, chopped apple and nuts.
    Add to Jell-O mixture.
    Let set 3 to 4 hours in refrigerator.
    Will keep up to 2 weeks.
