Basic Yeast Dough - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 cake or pkg. (dry) yeast
    1 c. lukewarm milk
    1/2 c. flour
    1 stick butter or margarine
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    3 eggs
    3 1/2 c. sifted flour
Preparation
    Stir yeast
    into
    milk.
    Blend\tin
    1/2 cup flour.
    Set aside in warm place about an hour until bubbly.
    Cream together butter, sugar
    and salt.
    Add eggs, one at a time, beating well
    after each addition.
    Add yeast mixture alternating with the flour
    to egg
    mixture.
    Knead
    dough
    until\tsmooth\tand elastic.
    Cover and
    let
    rise
    in warm place until double in bulk, then
    roll out
    for dinner rolls, cinnamon, etc.
    Makes good an pan!!
