Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. peeled, cubed zucchini (about 1/4-inch thick)
    1 large onion, diced
    1 c. Bisquick
    1/2 c. cooking oil
    1/2 c. shredded mild cheese
    4 eggs
    salt, pepper and dash of Italian seasoning to taste
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and put in a buttered 8 x 8-inch pan or 10-inch pie plate.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes until golden brown around the edges.
